How to Sell the Products, Process the Order, and Signup an Affiliate in the Commonwealth Capital Advisors' Affiliate Program:

NOTE: Please be mindful that we have set up the entire product sales, marketing, and distribution on an E-commerce platform for the convenience of all Affiliates. Some Affiliates are used to operating in an E-commerce platform and some are not. We hope to combine and compliment both the physical sales force with the cyber sales force. Therefore, we have developed the purchase application and affiliation program so that it is easy for you to both understand and operate.

Marketing Support.

We are constantly expanding the marketing tools for our Affiliation Network. At the time of this writing, we have all of the following tools available:

• Sample promotional text (with embedded Affiliate Links)
• Banners and Half-Banners (with HTML code with embedded Affiliate Links)

We know how important it is for our Affiliates to have the tools they need to succeed. We are constantly working on new tools to help affiliates boost sales.

How To Sell Products and Process the Orders.

• You may sell the products by simply entering your URL and filling out the purchaser's information. Any of these steps can be performed at the physical location of the End User by using their computer or your laptop or wait until you return to your office and enter into your URL on your computer.
• You may provide the End User your promotional code and direct them to the main website. When they enter your promotional code the system will default to your URL, thus crediting you with the sale.

How To Sign-Up Affiliates.

• You may signup a potential Affiliate under your personal URL. (i.e. if your User ID is "company" then your URL is: http://www.commonwealthcapital.com/members/company, you would go to your URL and click on Affiliate Program. Fill in the signup area completely). This will automatically link the new Affiliate to your down line. Upon completion, the system will automatically email the new Affiliate their member information.
• You may send your URL to potential Affiliates instructing them to signup for themselves. Again, the URL is specific for each Affiliate and helps us maintain the integrity of the down line. Simply copy and paste your URL into an email or list on other documentation.
• You may use one of our available banner or text ads. Each Affiliate is given a URL. If you already have a website you can use the available banner and text ads to attract customers. When an Affiliate logs into the system, they have the ability to choose a banner and/or text ad (html ads that hyperlink to your personalized URL). This banner and text becomes embedded with their personal information just as if they were using the web page or URL. The promotional code also links back to the Affiliate.
  
  For example: if you send out flyers with your promotional code it is not necessary to instruct the buyer to your URL (http://www.commonwealthcapital.com/members/company) you can simply send them to http://www.commonwealthcapital.com. Instruct them to enter your promotional code in the pop-up window when they click on the order area. The promotional code leads them to your URL, which in turn links back to you, the Affiliate, and the commissions are paid accordingly.

The End User Target Market.

You may be wondering how big our "End User" target market is and why we are using an Affiliation Network to market and distribute the Product(s). According to the most recent data, supplied by the Office of Advocacy; U.S. Small Business Administration, there are approximately 4.3 million existing small businesses with employees between 1 and 49 in the U.S.A. This represents a portion of our "End User" target market profile. There are approximately 600,000 new firm "births" in the U.S. each year, which makes up another portion of our "End User" target market. Our Products may also be sold internationally creating other portions of our target market. We know of many companies in Europe, Russia, Asia, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America whom are seeking capital in the Unites States. These companies could use our products for building their projects within their own country.

NOTE: Due to the nature of federal and state securities laws, all securities offering documents used for raising capital in the U.S. must be written in "Plain English." Therefore, there is no need for us to translate our Products into any foreign language.

There are also "Additional Candidates" that cannot be quantified by any current statistics. Such candidates may include: architects, civil engineers, real estate attorneys, real estate agents who would like to become real estate developers, dissatisfied or out-placed executives looking for additional capital, (to build a golf course, ice hockey arena, or some other "Hobby" project) or college graduates looking to start out on their own.

Suffice it to say, the U.S. and International markets for Commonwealth Capital Advisor's product(s) is quite large, dynamic, and revolving, thereby creating endless opportunities.

The Product.

Financial Architect® is comprised of three components. The E-Book; the Templates for producing the deal structure and securities offering documents; and finally the Commonwealth Capital Club, which is available only online on our website (http://www.commonwealthcapital.com). The Commonwealth Capital Club has many attributes, but its main purpose is that it contains the critical compliance component. All compliance related documents, forms, and information is included in the Club and is linked to the regulatory websites, so our administrative activities and any liabilities are deferred directly to the regulatory authorities.

**REMEMBER: Your User ID is Your Promotional Code!

For obvious professional reasons you must avoid using offensive or inappropriate User IDs. Your customers and affiliates will see your User ID, which is your promotional code. Any offensive or inappropriate User IDs shall constitute a breach of the Affiliate Agreement.
